DR.ANDREW RUSSO KIBERT

M.D. – FOUNDER OF DOCTOR K PRIVATE MEDICINE

Background & Early Studies

Before entering medicine, Dr. Andrew Russo Kibert—known to his patients as Dr. K—pursued his passion for language and culture at the University of Pennsylvania. There, he studied Arabic, Hebrew, and Spanish, graduating summa cum laude and earning membership in Phi Beta Kappa. His academic journey extended beyond the classroom, as he traveled throughout the Middle East and Asia. These formative experiences shaped his global perspective and continue to influence his innovative approach to patient care.

Medical Training & Professional Path

Dr. K earned his medical degree at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He went on to complete his Internal Medicine Internship at Elmhurst Hospital, one of Mount Sinai’s premier teaching hospitals. In January 2017, driven by a vision to redefine patient care, he founded Doctor K Private Medicine.

A New Model of Medicine

From the beginning, Dr. K challenged the constraints of traditional medicine. Rather than simply accepting institutional norms, he questioned them—seeking more effective, personalized ways to unlock human potential. This led to the creation of a practice focused not only on treating illness, but on designing customized, data-driven regimens that help clients feel, look, and perform at their best.

Philosophy & Patient Care

Dr. K treats patients as people, not as conditions. His approach is defined by empathy, innovation, and a holistic view of wellness. He empowers clients with the knowledge, tools, and access they need to make intentional decisions about their health and longevity. His ultimate goal is to expand what is possible in modern medicine—pushing beyond symptom management to optimize human performance.
